Service requests
When you send a service request or ask for a quote through the form on our Contact page, we receive what you enter:
- your company name and address;

- the service you need, details about the instrument (type, manufacturer, part number) and your message.
The form is delivered to our shop by email through our email provider, Resend, and we send a confirmation to the email address you entered.
How we use it
We use what you send to respond to your request: to answer questions, prepare quotes, and handle the instruments you ship to us and the equipment you order. We don't sell or rent your information.
